Reservation and Payment Policies
To confirm your reservation, we need 50% of your total purchase and 48 hours before your arrival in the country please deposit the other 50%.
Cancellation of service policies.
4 days before arrival there will be no penalty.
3 days before your arrival 25%
2 days before your arrival 50%
1 day before your arrival you will be penalized 75%.
For the purposes of the total cancellation of any service, it can be done in advance no less than 4 days. Otherwise, 100% will be penalized.
Any No Show booking will be 100% penalized.

What should I pack for a rainy day in the jungle?
Don’t let a little tropical rain stop the adventure! The jungle is actually at its most vibrant when it's wet. To stay comfortable, we recommend bringing:
• A lightweight poncho: Easier to hike in than an umbrella.
• A dry change of clothes: You’ll be glad to have these for the ride back.
• A towel & plastic bags: Use the bags to keep your phone, camera, and backpack dry while we explore.
• Pro Tip: Wear closed-toe shoes with good grip; the jungle floor can get a bit "authentic" when it rains!
When is the best time to see wildlife in Papagayo?
While wildlife is active year-round, the transition months are truly the "sweet spot."
• May to June & November to December: These are the magic windows. As we move from the dry season to the green season (and vice versa), the forest "wakes up."
• Why then? The trees begin to bloom or fruit, drawing out monkeys, sloths, and tropical birds like toucans and parrots in much higher numbers. The landscape is lush and green, but you still get plenty of sunny intervals for photography.
